My husband has deemed this as one of his favorite things that I make and my boys love it too. My mom introduced it to me while I was in Mansfield, and I am excited about trying some different fillings!
Ingredients:
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can of Grands biscuits
1 cup of shredded cheese
Cook and drain beef and combine seasoning, water, and salsa and cook until thickened.
Grab a small plate and flour it and your hands because the dough is sticky and hard to work with.
Press each biscuit into a 5-inch (ish) round. Fill each with taco mixture and 1 tablespoon of cheese. Fold dough over filing and press to seal.
Bake in preheated 375 oven for 9-14 minutes. (until golden brown)
Serve with salsa and sour cream.

I am going to make that soon for my darling sister, Leigh. Maybe then she'll start washing dishes, and taking out the recycling and trash.
thanks for sharing! those sound good, I think I will try making them this week :)
I also tried something recently from Cooking Light magazine! This recipe is pretty similar, and it is fan-freaking-tastic!

mmmm. I will have to try this and see if my picky picky babies will eat this. Sounds yummy!
This sounds yummy. I am going to try it. I am also going to send this to a friend of mine who is in Aus. on a Medical assignment with her family. She just asked me for a recipe other than traditional tacos. They are VERY limited on ingredients down under! :)
Sounds like a great recipe. Will try it out soon. I have been enjoying the good weather as well. So much work to do yet, but it is coming together. See you soon.
